Leveling/Tare Testing Machine

Made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion and scratch resistance! It can perform both leveling and liquid dripping.

The "Leveling/Tack Test Device" allows for simple comparative tests on leveling and dripping characteristics during film formation and drying periods. Leveling refers to a smooth surface of the cured film. On the other hand, dripping occurs immediately after applying the liquid on a vertical surface, resulting in phenomena such as streaks or drip marks at the edges or corners of the film. Its applicator shape makes it a size suitable for use in the field. The measurements can be taken with simple procedures, minimizing the chance of errors. 【Features】 ■ Conduct simple comparative tests on leveling and dripping characteristics during film formation and drying periods ■ Capable of assessing both leveling and dripping ■ Made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion and scratch resistance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Tare testing machine

Reliable drip test can be performed! V-shaped grooves with a width of 1/4 inch and varying depths are carved.

There is a phenomenon where the liquid drips due to the viscosity and thixotropy of paints and coatings. The "Drip Test Machine" allows for easy evaluation of these drips. It features a U-shaped drawdown bar design with V-shaped grooves that are 1/4 inch (6.4mm) wide and have varying depths at 1/16 inch (1.6mm) intervals. After applying the liquid and drawing lines with different application amounts, tilt the chart paper diagonally or vertically with the line that has the lesser application amount on top. Although it is very analog, it allows for reliable dripability testing. 【Features】 ■ Easy evaluation of drips ■ U-shaped drawdown bar design ■ V-shaped grooves that are 1/4 inch wide with varying depths at 1/16 inch intervals ■ Very analog *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
